Statement: Dealing with negative spaces and forms, were my major concerns since the beginning of my career. Even when the subject matter changes (from self portraits to the aerial views of my towns and cities or even the recent ones which are my own self made creations), or when the background of the paintings change slowly from an entirely titanium white background of raised fingerprint-like texture to colorful hachured spaces, I am still trying to form and discover new meanings in the interaction between the figure and the void.
