| 1- Biography: - Born in Lebanon. - Retired officer from Lebanese Air Force. - Fighter pilot & flight instructor. ------------------------------------------------------- - He's a professional realist artist painter. - He has a deep experience in Graphic & Interior Design. - He began drawing and painting at the age of 14. And then he refined his talent by himself while he was following private lessons in drawing and painting at the University of the Holy Spirit - Kaslik and in France during his stay there. - He participated for the first time in an exhibition of plastic arts in 1970. - He knows well how to choose his subjects; his method of painting displays a unique phenomenal technique that captures the eye. - He has become one of the most admired painters in Lebanon, and he became known as the Artist painter of Lebanese houses. - He likes to draw all kinds of paintings; especially the old Lebanese districts and houses, in order to preserve the beautiful old parts of the nature, in the hope to awake the nostalgia and the feelings of Lebanese residents and emigrants to keep their love for their native country. - He works now in acrylic on stretched canvas; his earliest paintings were in oil. His paintings reflect the charm of the Lebanese nature and its beauty. - Admirers of old Lebanese architecture are rushing to buy his paintings. They call them: “Serhal houses”. Many of his paintings are sold locally & abroad. - He has participated in several art exhibitions locally and abroad; (more than 50 exhibitions in the last 10 years). - He has received numerous certificates of appreciation.
